A shared vision that will be our vision for a Conservative Future
I believe CF is a good organisation with the potential to grow and
become even better. The
reason for this is simple and that its strength is the members.
I value the work of our hardest working activists and believe
the national team needs to recognise its role is one of being a
service provider that supports members locally.
It is difficult, if not impossible, to put into words my passion for
our political cause.
However, I hope that ten years of hard work and dedication to the
Party demonstrates my determination to once again see a Conservative
Government. I became a
member of the Party shortly after the General Election defeat of
1997 and have battled ever since to help return us to power.
My involvement with the Party includes serving as a CF Branch and
Area Chairman, as a member of the CF National Executive and have
fought and won a local election campaign.
During my four years as a local councillor I was promoted to
become a Champion for Younger People.
I know our organisation, understand the challenges you face
and have the experience to serve.
Many activists I have spoken to have stressed their priority is for
an organisation that will concentrate on getting the basics right.
They want good communication, training and the opportunity to
attend strong national events.
My manifesto seeks to addresses these issues and offer new
policies that will help move CF in a new direction.
